Horace Mann School 125th Anniversary Celebration – Annual Fund Video

This capital campaign video was played at Horace Mann School’s 125th Anniversary Gala Celebration in May of 2012. It features interviews with a wide array of alumni who talk about the things at Horace Mann that affected their lives. We’ve created several projects with Horace Mann and always enjoy working with them.

By keeping a consistent visual style and a close attention to detail, our production team was able to illustrate some of the most cherished aspects of Horace Mann by its former students. A good capital campaign accomplishes more than just the short-term goal of funding; it can also be one of the cornerstones in branding a school or business. Finding the human elements and anecdotes and discovering ways to incorporate them into the broader narrative about the school is not always as simple as it might appear, but those small moments are often the factor that will set a video apart from its competitors.

The alumni of Horace Mann we interviewed all gave heaps of praise to various aspects of the school and how its influence shaped their lives. By taking the viewer through alumni chronologically, we demonstrate the growth of the school through the years, as well as an emphasizing Horace Mann’s unchanged core principles that unite its graduates.
